Lunana Snowman Trek

The Snowman Trek routes to the remote place of Lunana and is one of the most difficult treks in the world with 12 passes, all above 3800 meters. The combination of distance, altitude, remoteness, snow-filled passes and changeable weather conditions makes this trek very challenging but it is also adventurous and thrilling. Because of the altitude and heavy snowfall in the high passes, fewer than half the trekkers complete the trek. Overnight camping altitudes are between 3800 and 5100 meters. The Trek starts from Paro and ends in Wangduephodrang taking 24 days.
